Anyone else use mypay.dfas.mil?

mypay.dfas.mil is a website where DoD employees (and I assume military members) can get their electronic pay statements.

A user enters their login ID via the computer's keyboard, then a PIN (via a virtual keyboard on screen) .

Anyways, I can NEVER log in successfully on the first try (Mac or Windoze), but the second time always works. I am absolutely certain I'm not making any mistakes in my entries. I've been quietly living with this for a couple of years now (am too lazy to report it to whoever runs the website), but was wondering if there are any other users of this out there who have also experienced this.

I've never had any problems logging on, with either Safari or Firefox. Haven't tried Windows lately. Just logged on now, and no problems.

I never have a problem either. It's more of a pain clicking on those boxes, but at least they didn't give us a whole new ID number like the TSP guys!!! What a pain that is now.

I had that problem this week, but never had in the past. I only check it once every few months though.

Just tried it (IE on Windows) and it worked first try.
