I was going to chime in that it's not going to be taller than the new 'scraper in Chi-town, but then I realized I was waaaaay off (only a 1,000 ft. or so).

A friend of mine was security chief for a major financial firm in the Sears Tower. His firm and lots of others fled the building for other locations after 9/11. However I would live in the new building in a high floor. I love the views from hi-rises. From this one you could probably see Michigan and three other states on a clear day (you can see forever.)
