Amazing at the end where are the cars a stacked all over each other. Looked like you had to plug a parking meter to use the lot. Wonder if they get their change back?

I feel pretty lucky to live in an area that doesn't see such disasters. Except that we have a very long, drawn-out disaster in the form of severe drought. Not looking good for the future.

In Pittsburgh there's a parking garage on the Monongahela river. Every year the river would flood out the lower level of the garage. And every year at least one or two people would ignore the signs and park down there in the morning, only to find their cars flooded by 5:30 PM.
