I said "yes" to the asthma question. The follow up questions wanted to know if my asthma is well controlled (it is), if I had been hospitalized for an asthma attack within the last two years (no) and if I had taken a non-inhaled steroid for asthma in the past two years (no.)

I was allowed to complete my registration and a kit is being sent to me.
