Anyone in Crofton, Maryland might want to check out his name and face as his license to practice was previously revoked in Maryland for 5 years and also revoked in Florida and West Virginia.

Ugh - then how does he end up practicing in Massachusetts? Don't they do background checks before issuing a license?

The Fall River office had multiple dentists in his employ. It's how he kept his Medicare Fraud going after being booted out of the system in 2002.
I imagine he has had multiple practices going in multiple states.

I wonder if he tells his girlfriend that those dime store party balloons work just as well as trojans.

A somewhat more complete story is here, http://www.heraldnews.com/breaking/x2018...z1kJtyV9DY

Another story stated that his license to practice in Mass. was suspended in 2006, so they were catching up with him after the other states had lifted his license.

What a jerk! I bet he didn't cut his charges to the patient any. More Greed!

The first thing you thought was overcharging?

"Investigators allege Clair performed the work and then had other dentists in the practice submit bills to Medicaid"

This seems to go to Collusion by the other dentists . . . ?

"The investigation also charged that Clair twice used paper clips rather than the more expensive stainless steel posts to strengthen teeth given a root canal. Investigators also charged Clair with prescribing Hydrocodone, Combunox and Percocet to staff members, who in turn gave some of the medicine back to him."

Sounds like the whole office needs to be closed and punished . . . maybe . . . ?
