Hello Everyone,

I am writing to ask if anyone has been able to reconcile a calendar (ical, google cal, outlook) with timesheets.

What I need is to account for some workers (about 13 people) with their calendars. Is there a simple/easy/cheap way to do this? Could I do an excel sheet online that could crunch the numbers? Or should I strictly look at a commercial product? If a commercial product works best, what app should I consider?

How often do you have to do this ? Most calendar apps let you export the calendar listings into a file format. But repeats, etc. are usually a problem. Perhaps a group calendar solution with export functionality may be more appropriate ?

what exactly are you trying to track or sync between a calendar and timesheet solution?

Have you thought about using a database such as Filemaker?

I am trying to create a means to categorize what work is being done at specific times in a day. We need to do this quarterly.
