You are worth it.

Remember, it takes a lot to get ahead.

I would say last week was a total breakdown. Not only did I not get to the gym, I ate 6 or 7 doughnuts in one sitting. I sort of lost count, I didn't want to count. It might have been closer to a dozen. I have not had that many doughnuts since I hit rock bottom and started exercising 3 years ago. Portions haven't been exactly balanced. To cap it all off, the next day I ate a bunch of that leftover halloween candy. My overall state was just terrible. I did paint a lot but I don't think it is enough to balance the two workouts I missed.

I feel a bit better today. Going to the gym later today to get back on the horse.

Last week: Painting two rooms.
This week: 2 upper body workout, 1 hour elliptical.

Last week: Lot of painting.

Great running week!

Got in around 25 miles with a 10 mile run on Friday. Capped it off with a one hour spinning class on Saturday.

The best thing was that I had no pain. Not my feet, not my knees, not my back, quads...not even my CALVES!

Moo!

I went to the gym 3 times last week. Then I went to Portland and gorged myself on incredible food 3 times/day. I'll call it a wash.

Sand is usually pretty well compacted. Hard to believe his head could possibly dig into the sand like that. I would say it is Photoshopped. There is a reason the GIF ends when it does, not five seconds later.

PS image splices after frame 38
save the animated gif to the desktop or someplace and preview will stack the frames
you can see how he used just a couple of images for the end appearance frames

It's well done, I can't see anything obvious.

2.85 miles of light intervals, 55.2 miles on the treadmill. Weight steady.
