Yesterday I saw a prediction that Rogers will stay with the Packers. Wasn’t there was some talk earlier about him going to Denver? Perhaps these 2 stories are related

Maybe Denver was the most vocal about destroying itself for QB talent. I suspect AT MOST GB or Denver, but not both, made a good deal.
Broncos/Rams next fall

Was that hit this past season? I recall it being a square head on collision that Wilson used to be more evasive in escaping.
Donald feasted on Russ. But you're right, Russ is super slippery. I think it's good that he'll be in Denver. Maybe he'll pull a Payton Manning there.

I'm curious what motivated the trade.

Maybe they got sick of his social media shenanigans of threatening to leave the team and wanted to get something for him before he breaks down.
Really? Most of what I saw him actually saying was that he wanted to stay in Seattle. The stuff where people said he said he wanted to leave was never substantiated.

He isn’t viewed outside of Seattle fandom favorably because of his social media. Maybe you’ll see it once the local media in Seattle have to treat him as the opponent.

I follow him on social media, he's very open about his faith and love of family. Is that why you don't like him? Also likes to post photos of his model wife and some of their travels. I don't doubt he inspires a lot of jealousy. And I'm WAY outside Seattle. In one of the more football crazed parts of the country.
People hate the Seahawks as an opponent, sure. But not Russell Wilson as an individual. That's just bull.

I'm a forever fan of Russell and Ciara. He's a standup guy. I'm a longtime Pete Carroll fan from his USC days. He still does gang intervention and truces. Why his players work so hard for him.

Never did I state that I don’t like him. I said, outside of Seattle, some view his social media as a negative thing. I personally don’t care what he does in his free time.
