Crazy? I am not the only one!

Forgot to check the air quality. Took a chance and went for a 3.5 mile run at 6:30 a.m. this morning. Ran into another runner and more than a few walkers with/out tag-along dogs. I have been feeling fine. Anyone else has continued his/her outdoor activities since the wild fires started? I am in San Gabriel Valley area (CA)

I'm in Indianapolis and there is no way I will risk my life by working out. You could have been:
Killed by a car: http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/1967207/

Eaten by an alligator: http://www.local6.com/news/9204051/detail.html

Raped: http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.ht...A962958260

Struck by lightining: http://health.msn.com/healthnews/article...=100166338

Or worse yet: http://youtube.com/watch?v=rSy3vFT6GOs

Stay safe if you must do this terrible activity kap!

I tell everyone "that running stuff will KILL YOU"

All the people I know that run, have problems that set them back more than if they did not run.

But I do think Indiana's sunset the other night was beautiful and perhaps caused by the sunlight shining through the haze in the west coast atmosphere.

But you don't have to run to see that. Just open up your curtains and enjoy from the couch with a cold beer and a bag of potato chips!
