I have to luxury of having my G5 2.0 sitting beside the Mac Pro...not worried if things go terribly wrong.
I have a bare essentials Tiger install on the Mac Pro(required graphic apps/email/music). I will clone that and use a copy to transition into Leopard.
Keeping an open mind. I liked what I saw playing around with Leopard in the Apple Store.
I'll report back how the install goes.

Reports are that "upgrade" doesn't work as well as "archive and install" or "erase and install".

Remember to remove Application Enhancer and rename the DivX folder in /Library/Application Support (if its there) BEFORE you upgrade unless you are doing an "erase and install."

I did the standard 'upgrade' over the weekend on our iMac 2.4GHz and haven't seen any issues.

I also got my Up-To-Date disc today. Is it a full install or just an upgrade that requires Tiger to be
installed already? The disc says Upgrade DVD. I'm going to do a fresh back-up of current
Tiger OS with SuperDuper to my external drive before doing anything.
BTW: I bought my Mini Sept the 28th but it still allowed me to get the disc.
