Leopard Preview App - Print Annotations?

In the Tiger version of Preview, one could add a note to a pdf in an annotation rectangle and print the document with the annotation.

In the Leopard version, I don't see any way to print annotations.

Am I missing something or did they strip that out?

I don't see any way either.

I like most of the enhancements to Preview but this isn't one of them.
