1st gen mini hard drive

Does the 1st gen 1.25 G4 mini have a SATA or ATA/IDE drive in it? I'm looking to replace the internal 40 gig with something larger for my 'miniTV' project.

I am betting it's ATA.

Digging through Apple's support pages and searching by serial number I came up with the drive being an Ultra ATA.

Searching by serial number didn't net my machine, the specs on mine have 256 meg of RAM and it's model designation has a /A behind it, while Apple's spec page has a /B behind the model number even though they call it the original model.
