I've held my tongue until now for reasons similar to what you have stated, and if it had just have been a couple of personal anecdotes over a period of time then my comment would be inappropriate. However, when a poster uses anecdotes to attempt to bolster his/her arguments almost every time a debate comes up (and especially when every anecdotal experience seems to exactly fit the topic), then it is time to call foul. davester, I see you're going to bat for truth and justice here, but I must object to your claim that cbelt's anecdotal experience fits the topic. If we're going to pass judgement, let's do so fairly please.
