they changed the right of way rule here a few years back.
tried giving the right of way to the driver entering the circle.
Talk about carnage.
Took 'them' two years to realize the change was not a good idea.

Nearby, we've got traffic calming devices which are somewhat similar to roundabouts. YIELD signs are posted at all entrances and CA requires that you not enter enter until the other vehicle has cleared, but that never happens. I've had some close calls.
