my in-laws shoot and eat them all the time. I've never tried them.

You could likely live off them with as many squirrels as there are in Sactomato, assuming the homeless have not started doing that yet.

My Dad raised white rabbits when I was a kid. They were like ultra-white chicken meat. He didn't raise them but a couple of years because he didn't like killing them and ran out of other people to con into killing them.
