I think it is a great price considering it is right in the building. I would pay as much as $50 a month for such convenience. Seriously.

You just got married. If you are doing things properly, you won't need to go to a gym. You are getting your exercise at home. And possibly in the garage, the car, at the in-laws in the guest bathroom, on the picnic table in the backyard, and maybe on the hood of your car in the furthest parking spot at the nearby Super WalMart late at night.
