Source, or supposition?

His death is now being referenced more widely as a suicide. Outlets such as WaPo, Orlando, Sentinel, Hartford Courant and Forbes are referring to it as suicide, most with unnamed sources.

However Forbes is naming former police chief Terrance Gainer as a source and saying Gainer in addition told CBS News in an interview he considers Liebengood’s death as a “line of duty casualty”.
