I think we need more info on how the zones are configured. Are they separate systems with separate thermostats? Is it one system that uses motorized dampers to control zones? Is there a zone control board that controls each zone?

3 separate zones with 3 stats running 3 different circ pumps via a Taco board. Gas boiler, baseboard. Slant Fin stuff.

So, all controlled by one board. I would contact Ecobee. With their remote temperature sensors, it may be possible with one Ecobee.

Even if possible, I still wouldn't combine the zones.

"The thermostat can't talk to multiple zones. It can only control 1 zone so you would need a thermostat for each zone. The sensor can only be paired to 1 thermostat as well.
