Don't know about the others, but those Canon prices don't seem like big deals. Adorama has the XT body only for $400 refurb and the XTi $570. Lots of other variations also.

thanks, folks. don, you did point that out before and that is probably what i'm after, although the dozen or so AI Nikon lenses I have are begging me to get a D80..... what to do, what to do....
