Shooting was interrupted by Covid, so it's a short season and it's coming in two parts.

....this show is odd, in that the quality of the series premiere and the special effects seem to be 'movie quality'.....especially compared to the other CW superhero shows......


......however, storyline wise.......where can they really go with it........Superman/Clark as a father in Smallville with Lois........gets old quick and all the 'evil' people who just happen to come to little old Smallville......???

They stretched "Clark gets bullied and argues with his buddy Lex" out for 10 seasons (Smallville) with "villain of the week" stories.
