Just FYI - In Safari, you can also turn off JavaScript just for today.

Then the blackout page never appears at Wikipedia/media...

I've just been adding "?banner=none" to the end of all the urls and can still view everything.

I barely grab the gist of these sopa/pipa... but the kick is, if these two bills were enforced, we all woud be criminals by noon.
