Yellow "New Private Message" alert doesn't ever go away!

are you sure you have read ALL messages? clear cookies? log in and out of the forum? kill a chicken and walk around the Mac counter clockwise 3 times? if you see a Black cat take 3 steps back and throw a pinch of salt over your shoulder?

Is this on your Android phone ?

In your PM to the mods yesterday you indicated that this was an issue on your phone, and not your MacPro or HP Tablet.

"The problem only exists with my cellphone, not with my computer or HP Touchpad."

As you are aware this is likely a software issue with your phones ability to navigate the Phorum software. Perhaps if you clarified the question to specify the device, another android user may have a work around for you.

I think Gene's problem on his phone was only with logging into his account. His yellow PM message alert seems to be stuck on his MacPro and other machines, too.

You've mixed up my "two" issues!

Yellow alert affects all my devices.

Logging in to my account is ONLY a problem on my phone (DroidX).

I have NEVER had a problem logging in on my phone previously?

I have done a rest of my phone, which normally corrects most "odd" behavior, but i still cannot login to the forum.
