Can anyone suggest a 24-27" monitor

for a general office PC?

Don't have the time to do my usual due diligence.

Doesn't have to be the ultimate in color, or other quality; just something well-rounded and not a cheap panel with inflated specs.

Which brands to steer toward/away from?

I was originally thinking an HD resolution 27", but in hindsight, that might be a bit large physically, so a 24" has entered the equation as well.
