From March 2013:

"The data shows that there will be a near complete transformation of the individual and family health insurance market starting in 2014. Less than 2% of the existing health plans in the individual market today provide all the Essential Health Benefits required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).2

On average, the health plans provided 76% of the ACA’s Essential Health Benefits.3 Benefits such as hospitalization, emergency care, and ambulatory services (such as visits to a primary care doctor or specialist) were covered by almost all plans in one form or another. A more detailed analysis of our results revealed that the missing 24% of Essential Health Benefits were concentrated around a few categories.

Dental and vision care for children was the least likely of the Essential Health Benefits to be provided in base benefits for a health insurance plan."

Grandfathering takes care of that unless the insurance companies choose to not grandfather their plans.

sort of
the companies have to keep their plans exactly the same to do the "grandfathering" and nearly every company change their policy and premiums annually, so for most, that's not gonna apply

very complex, this grandfathering issue.

Bingo ---- Confusedmiley_gun_sniper:

Because Dang near NOBODY sold a Health plan that provided dental and vision care as well. NOBODY. This is a classic Apples to Oranges comparison.

The link provided some more ammo, but hey, there you are.

And no... You CANNOT keep your old insurance plan. Because it's noncompliant.

Sure you can. It doesn't have to comply if grandfathered.

" Language in PPACA regulations from July 2010 stated “40 percent to 67 percent of people” in the individual market normally change plans in a year, and thus would no longer be in grandfathered plans."

Plan cancellations no surprise

Come on, Obama. If you're going to lie, you need to learn to lie like the Master:

"A few months ago, I told the American people they could keep their same insurance. My heart and my best intentions still tell me that’s true. But the facts and the evidence tell me it is not."
