Need Some Automator Help! Mailing a message with the previous output in the message

This is for Macworld.

To automatically send me updates.

I've got it so that it'll take the text from macrumors.com, but I want to take that text, put it in a mail message and send it.

I can't figure out any way to do this unless it's an attachment, which I can't do.
