This makes one want to delete ALL files on a computer before sending it into a repair shop. I just sent mine to Apple, with the thought that if any Apple employee was caught stealing, I would have recourse to sue a company with deep pockets.

I think the Delaware computer repair shop is going to be scrutinized by the FBI and others. What OTHER laptops have they made data copies when they repair?
