....Amazon will release their acquisition of Paramount Pictures’ Eddie Murphy sequel Coming 2 America on March 5, 2021. The movie was originally slated for a Dec. 18 theatrical release before Paramount unloaded the feature to Amazon for $125M in a global rights deal.....

Oh, I hope so.
But, a good sequel is the exception to the rule.
A sequel to a good movie, that's better than the first, is almost unheard of, at least percentage wise.
I loved/love Coming to America.
I've watched it at least a dozen times, and for me it sets the Enjoyment bar pretty high.
For the sequel to equal that, I'd say chances are slim, but it could still be an enjoyable move.
That would be enough to make me happy.
Looking forward to a glass at least half-full.

I can almost guarantee that it won't be as enjoyable. But being enjoyable would be enough.
