Folks,
In a thread some posts down, That girl and her bike, I mentioned the difference between bicycle performers and competitors.
This video of a young woman's (Lena Smaha) juggling routine (about 1'05") is a good example of how a circus performer incorporates dance moves and poses into an act, instead of striving to make straight lines. It's also a beautiful routine.
AFAIK, the idea of "juggling" suspended objects was first developed by Jorg Müller at the National Circus School in France. It's nice to see other artistes expanding on Jorg's idea.
