I just wish that when they claim that a show/film is based in a specific city, that they have the intelligence to get the continuity be correct.

I live in Seattle, and based on how things are represented, Derek lives on the Olympic Pennisula, or Vashon Island, and takes his ferry to Seattle, then drives @30 miles to walk his dog on Tiger Mountain.

Did the bomb in the guy's butt explode?

well, a month+ ago, there was that home made bazooka granade in that guy's GUT, and yeah, it went off after they got it out, and the bomb squad guy became pink mist out in the hallway.

That was the superbowl episode I saw ~50% of.

Good Show... So, who would of known that Meredith Grey would of died... Crazy... Opps, sorry for the spoiler... ;)

I changed my mind. The ending sucked. The show was good, but I hated how it ended. Not that I didn't appreciate the dramatic material, but it was so messed up.

I only watch it for the porn scenes.

They need to bring some closure to certain plot lines in that show, or I'm going to get really tired really quickly. You that watch the show know what I mean.

My Favorite character is Dr. Bailey. She is just great!

I would have to agree...

I believe Kate Walsh's (Addison) contract is only through early 2007. Chris O'Donnell (The Vet) is only signed on for 2-3 more episodes next season. So, this might be the reason that Meredith isn't allowed to move on.

I am pretty annoyed that Meredith isn't allowed to move on to a committed relationship. I mean, Derek is married so why can't we leave him that way and the writers allow him to move on. Just think, Meredith could be Dating the vet in a committed relationship and Derek could stay w/ Addison and they could all double date (assuming they stay friends). However, that's not how hollywood works. So, we end up w/ Meredith who needs therapy and is a @#$%& (j/k).

I'm not a TV writer but I'm getting pretty good at understanding how the formulate their shows. I would almost bet that their show ratings where better when they where dating so the writers need to get them back together.

Good show but really, do they really need to break the heart of a guy that lost his wife in a car crash... I just don't get it...

I enjoy the show, and the finale was just fine for me.

I stopped sweating things like continuity a long time ago, unless it's really a gross error.

I would have rather they let Meredith move on.

But I hope Izzy stays.

I was really disppointed with the finale--more contrived than usually. Not enough to dump the show, but I just didn't like it. I tend to forget I'm watching a soap opera rather than a medical drama, so I keep setting the bar too high. The "humanization" of Yang and the juxtaposition of Meredith and George's relationships was mildly interesting.

Personally, I'd take Addison over Meredith any day. I bet you guys want Izzy to stay because you see her as a "pretty girl".

2 hours was WAY too much. i regret staying up to watch it (yeah, it was tivoed, but i still watched it).

I found it pretty much unwatchable, and actually fell asleep sometime in the second hour, so I guess I missed someone's demise. My thoughts before falling asleep were that Izzy should be unceremoniously thrown out, possibly prosecuted, and barred from ever practicing medicine, along with any fool who helped her. Seriously, who would want this gang of self-indulgent, ethically challenged idiots providing their medical care?

It really is a soap opera, and not nearly as fun as it was in the beginning.
