Hi folks, this is one of those visit-family-during-holidays-and-be-techsupport issues. I have here my sister's Dual G4 450 PowerMac. I would like to install a Pioneer DVR-108 drive. The system is currently running Panther 10.3.9.

Do I have to use..Patchburn or how should I install it? Thanks for any assist!

P.S. I need to get this done asap because we are giving her Mac Office OS X for Xmas tomorrow morning and it would be great to leave here with all of this done. (We're leaving around noon tomorrow.) Thanks again!

Install the drive first; only install PatchBurn if the OS and/or the iApps don't recognize the drive.

I know what you mean about the holiday-family-tech-support thing. I've already received notice that my services will be required upon arriving at my brother's home tomorrow.
