Well Eric is 43 today and that's good enough for me.

If you think it looks unusual then I will say it is an organic, gluten-free, vegan cardamom
chai cake. Not only is it good for you, it tastes scrummy as well.

Took the afternoon off. Roasted some coffee beans. Put away the Halloween decorations. Sampled some of my fermenting apple cider. Now anxiously awaiting a taco dinner and a few margaritas. Oh, and I almost forgot the cake!
