Keep a PC awake?

I need an app that will move the cursor at set intervals to keep a PC from logging off.

The only alternative is to manually remember to shake the mouse or touch the trackpad. With or without an interval timer, that's tedious.

I use Jiggle for my Macs when I need this functionality, but I have more options. For this PC, I have only the above.

Anybody know a similar app for the Windows side?

Logging off of what?

Do the built in energy-saver settings and sleep settings not keep the machine awake for some reason?

For a quickie with what I had laying around, I hooked up a tiny fan and set my laser mouse over it.

Thanks, Trouble.

I'll check that out. I tried searching cnetdownloads, and got nowhere.

seems to me setting everything to 'never' would be the easy route, too.

I specifically stated the only alternative (to an app) is manually moving the mouse.

But the app Trouble linked to works perfectly, so I don't need the alternative.

Thanks again, T.
