That's going to be tough. It might be nice to see some "name" actors in it, though. Mel Gibson and Bruce Willis come to mind, but only because they have have done some Stooges schtick in a couple of their films. I get he impression that they're big fans, so that would be in their favor. Michael Chiklis did a pretty decent job as Curly in that TV movie, as I recall.

Believe it or not they want Benicio Del Torro for Moe and Jeff Daniels for Larry. Or possibly Russel Crowe as Moe. ???

FWIW- I saw an interview with them in the last couple of days (not sure when it was recorded) where they said they wanted "complete unknowns" for the parts, and were going to have a cattle call casting and select "just the best Larry, Moe and Curly" they could find.

They should get Bruce Campbell maybe...and then have Sam Raimi direct since they are both big Stooges fans. If you look in the credits of the Evil Dead movies there are always "Fake SHemps" listed in the credits.
