how about a meltup?

I am tired of hearing metldown, how about a meltup? is that a word? what could metlup?

They may not know what they're talking about, but at this point it sure seems that they're using the word in the appropriate context.

It's funny how words can come in and out of favor. I went years without hearing a single soul use "risible" and now I hear it all the time.
