The key is what someone does outside of work shouldn't be held against them, as long as it is legal. Do I agree with the death penalty? Sure. Do I help create non-lethal weaponry? Yes. Do I think, assuming what a woman is doing is legal, should she get fired for it? No. Should some kid misrepresenting himself get in trouble? Sure.

Technology sucks. Face it. 30 years ago a 16 YO with naked pics of a 15 YO was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Now it's kiddie porn. Are 16 YO today smarter than you and I were way back when? HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!! Hormones trump IQ EVERY SINGLE TIME!
