Groupon Deal: Dominoes Large pizza/10 toppings $8

[www.groupon.com] has a large Dominos pizza with 10 topping for $8. There is a limit of three and pizzas must be redeemed by May 19th. Also, I believe it is carry out only.

Thanks for the heads up! We are a little picky about our pizza here in Chicago, but my sister will be hosting a bunch of my niece's 7 year friends at her house next weekend. Domino's will be just fine for that crowd. smiling smiley

It can't be 10 full topping servings. It's probably an Extravaganza variation. They were originally 9 different toppings at about 40% of the normal portions. 10 full toppings will never cook. Trust me on this. I trained the Domino's drivers in Seattle for 6 years.

Even the best pizza isn't as good as they think it is. My favorite usually comes from the Cheesboard in Berkeley. Roma Tomatoes, Onions, Mozzarella Cheese, Toasted Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Herbs.

I've got a friend who's version of variety is Bud lite in a can or Bud lite in a bottle.

I figure it's for all the graduation parties happening around that time. At least for college anyway. And for finals when you can just order a boatload of pizzas for study groups, etc.

Yeah, I know. But this place makes only vegetarian pizza. And only one kind a day. But it's almost always delicious.

10 full serving toppings would make for a rather soggy mess.
My limit on a home made pizza is four and I tend to scrounge around the fridge for leftover cheese to add.



There's some rather plain and nasty frozen pizza out there.
I don't know about calling it good but maybe good enough.

The max we ever got to cook "properly" in a Baker's Pride oven was 5 full toppings. Lang Air electrics were usually 4. Gotta go light on the veggies though, mostly water.
