10% off at Apple.com - credit goes into Upromise account

I just got an email from Upromise about this.
[shop.upromise.com]
It is good until 5/21.

You have to be a Upromise member and go through their link. Upromise is a program that helps you save money for a 529b college savings account with purchases you make.

It looks like it isn't 10% off, but a 10% UPromise credit to your account, or am I reading it wrong?

It says 10% College Savings, was 1%, and then the copy below:

Eligible purchases must be completed through upromise.com between 5/15/11 12:00 AM EDT to 5/21/11 11:59 PM EDT. Please note, your 10% college savings will be posted in your Upromise account in two separate transactions: 8% college savings will be posted in your account 10-45 business days after completing your eligible online purchase and the remaining 2% college savings will be posted separately by July 31, 2011.

You are correct. It's 10% credit to your Upromise account. Sorry if my title was misleading. I'll see if I can fix it.

Edit - okay, fixed it. Hopefully, that is more clear.

You can request a check for funds in your Upromise account. It doesn't have to be used for educational expenses.
