Yes, it was very crowded. We are home now, but we went in when we first got to the mall and stopped by on the way out, and it was crowded both times. There was one person buying a laptop, iBook I think, and a bunch of people milling around and looking. The Genius looked busy and they seemed to have a lot of help.

Those black nanos look really rough after being on display for a while, lots of scratches.

Yes JP, there is an Apple store-at Northpoint.

It's been there for at least a couple of years, I think. It is so nice not to have to schlep all the way to Lenox anymore.

The store is not as large as Lenox, but it still has all you need. It is on the first floor near the Victoria's Secret-I wanted to give you a landmark that you might remember. ;}

I was up there for 7 months, and never went INTO the mall! I hate malls!

So I always ended up at CrapUSA to play with toys!

Actually I was eyeing that Gigantic 30" display they had. I was huge!

So sorry to hear that. I don't like the mall either, but the 14 yo daughter was bored and talked me into going. We didn't buy a thing, just looked, played with the toys, sniffed some bath and body works stuff, and tried on a few shoes. Hey, you can't go to the mall and not try on shoes, it's a rule.

Yeah, I have to say I really appreciate the difference between the iBook and 12" Powerbook keyboards now. Just another one of the sutble niceties that sets it apart.
