Restart/Shutdown
Posted by: PeteJ

When I select either Restart or Shutdown, I get a dialog box that tells me it will be done in 2:00 minutes, and then starts counting down.

How do I change the amount of time it waits (to something like 10 seconds or less)?

TIA,
Pete

Why not just click on the blue "Restart" or "Shutdown" button in the dialog box (or press return)? Action will then happen immediately.

Do you really need to change it?

I just hit the return key to immediately shut down or restart.
