Hey,

Im wondering how to identify the matched pairs of RAM in g5 dual 2.0.

How are the pairs laid out in the slots? there are two sets of slots (4 each) how do the pairs sit?

are they next to each other within the sets?

Or, are they in like positions across the sets of slots? I hope you understand what i mean there.

Also, If I buy some RAM from a friend who has a pair of 1gig cards pc 3200 etc...how can I be sure that he hasn't screwed up and given me a non matched pair...besides installing them and seeing if they work..he lives in Tulsa, I live in chicago. Im wondering if there is any way to identify via numbers or somesuch...he sounds "sort of sure"...Thanks
