ASmallOrange is also fairly decent, but if you want rock-solid, it's pair or shell out for some kind of VPS/Cloud solution at MT/Rackspace(slicehost)/Linode/Softlayer et al.

i've got hundreds of files with php base4 code in them. Yes i do have some outdated wp and concrete5 installs.
What are the chances the db's are corrupt as well? if not, i'm backing them up now, and will just have to rebuild with the latest versions, after resetting the password again.
this is a nightmare.
