Well first things first, she isn't bad looking, and has a pleasant voice.
Now I have to explain the word "Girl", it is not an age, it is a mindset, she is completely immature, irresponsible, and has never been held accountable. That description applies to "Boys" also.

Remember, there is SIX sexes, in two major groups.:

Physical:
Male
Female

Emotional.:
Boys: immature, irresponsible, and has no accountability.
Girls: immature, irresponsible, and has no accountability.
Both of these emotional sexes float through life, relying on everyone else to pay their way.
But here is the rub, "Girls" in the USA society are allowed to act like girls till the day they die, floating through life from wallet, to wallet, taking no responsibility for the havoc they create.

Boys better get a job, and get off their ass! It may not make them fully mature, but at least they show up on time, they learn accountability, and pay their own way. They may still light their farts, but at least they pay for the levis they set aflame!

Men: Mature, Responsible, and has full accountability.
Women: Mature, Responsible, and has full accountability.
Total opposite of the idiots above, they have jobs at the age of 15/16, they pay rent to their parents, they get to work, and school on time, they are mature.
It is not age, it is actions that set them apart.

I was figuring Washington County was out in the boonies given this level of ignorance. Instead it is just eight miles SW of Portland. I always stay there when I go to Portland and it is pretty nice with some exceptions. I think Intel's Oregon plant is in it.

Lots of 911 calls are non-emergency. Made by men, women, boys, girls, and just plain idiots. I'm sure it gets so bad that some 911 operators end up treating REAL emergencies like the usual prank calls, which happens all too often.
