To the wire. Rondo was filled with Holy Ghost or something.

Too bad Rondo got slapped in the face in OT and the refs thought that was ok.

Yeah, they missed it. Not being a Celtics fan, it didn't bother me.

Not being a fan of fixed games, it bothered me.

I didn't watch the whole game. I only saw the clear foul that Wade(?) had against Rondo towards the end, but was there a lot of uncalled stuff committed by the Heat otherwise?

Generally, I'm under the impression that other teams are very physical/foul Wade and Lebron a lot, simply because they can't match them in play.

Doesn't really matter anyway, the Spurs will steamroll the winner of this series.

there were innumerable other plays in which Rondo and Paul Pierce drove to the rim, absorbed significant contact, often by multiple players, and no foul was called. This did contrast with repeated calls against the celtics on drives by Lebron and Wade. Lebron basically shot as many free throws as the Celtics teams. Several Celts were in foul trouble, and Pierce fouled out at the end of regulation, which hurt them very badly.

But I didn't think the officiating was a major factor until the no call on Rondo. That was such an absolutely critical moment of the game and such an obvious and clear foul, that it could be said that single terrible call possibly determined the outcome of the game.

Hopefully the C's can get a few back in Boston and extend this series.

Then you shouldn't be bothered by it. Referees are human. They're gonna miss calls.
