That's great news!
Things were NOT sounding hopeful with the CO and CO2 levels they were reporting...

it sounds like they are all in good enough health to at least walk around under their own power, so there must not be any serious injuries.

Great news! Earlier reports today on the radio sounded "iffy" at best. I have roots on 1/2 of my grandparents in the WVa. mine country (Hinton/Beckley) so it caught my attention. Coal mining hasn't changed that much in a 100 years in many ways.

How do those pearl divers hold their breath and why do Sherpas brave those mountains? Its what they know how to do.

now wouldn't it be messed up if these reports all turned out to be wrong, and everyone was found dead?

Seems mike has it right and they are indeed all but one dead.
