an iBackup burning problem

I make the backup just fine. When I click the file, it shows a size of 519M, but when I click the Burn button, it says a disc of 919M will be needed.
wtf?
10.4.6, G5 d2G, 1.5M ram. it has worked fine before.

Try synching your iDisk and then restart the computer and try the backup again.
