Wow! I accidentally just purchased an album in iTunes. When I clicked the purchase button by accident, I thought to myself, "No problem, I'll just click no on the do you really want to do this warning." Well, there was no warning. When did that disappear? I just bought Fun's Some Nights. I had never heard of them, and because I enjoyed one song on SNL, I thought I'd listen to some previews.

Is there a setting to change this?

They killed the shopping cart. Kinda of replaced with wish list, but it looks like everything is one click, with a pull down option to add to wish list.

At least Apple hasn't implemented no click ordering yet

No updates from App store that recently. At any rate, I wrote to them and the are refunding my charge on the album. I'm happy, but I'll have to be more careful in the future.
