< 4 months old M570 Wireless Trackball has failing Left Button switch.
Quick search on that interwebs thingy reveals it as a common problem.
Fortunately I had scanned the Staples receipt & saved as a PDF, which made filing an on-line warranty claim pretty easy.

Back to using a USB Apple Mouse as I await a replacement
