Software to clean iPhone?

Several days(weeks?) ago someone posted about a software package that cleaned up the iphone to give it more free space. Does anyone remember the name of that software? I tried to search for it, but I haven't found it yet. It was something like "PhoneCleaner" or similar.

You can reclaim the iphone space by:
uninstalling unwanted apps
overhaul phone settings
overhaul itunes settings
