My "celebrity" look alikes on MyHeritage.com...

Yeah, PeterB posted something about this back in February { [forums.macresource.com] } but I only now got around to doing it. It's pretty interesting.

I love that I got Tristan Tzara, Dadaist artist. My other two matches were Kate Beckinsale and the red haired kid from Harry Potter. My blood lines are mixed by the way... For a second round, who were/are yours? [www.myheritage.com]

I still come up as Franz Kafka, but I also now get some new hits:

Rob Bourdon (?)
Ricky Ullman (don't know who he is, but there is actually some faint resemblance there, I think)
Daniel Day Lewis (don't see it)

If I use a better (more recent, more detailed) photo of myself, I get entirely different results, and they're actually LESS accurate, I would say. How odd.

Odd indeed. I think for me it's the forehead issue...

DM, try Firefox on a Mac (that worked for me, as well as my current settings with Camino, which are User Agent IE 7.0 beta, Windows).

I did get it to work using IE on my PC. Funny thing is that all the matches that came up, male and female, wear funky glasses like I do. The faces don't really bear any resemblance to mine at all.

I highly doubt I have a recent photo without my glasses (I haven't worn contacts in over 10 years) but it would be interesting to see the results.
