Let's talk air dusters...

... I had previously like Falcon Dust-Off as a brand... but they changed their can design so that the nozzle/trigger is built into a cheap plastic attachment part, which if it breaks, means you can't easily use the can at all-- a total waste.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about: [www.amazon.com] ... I see Amazon showing the older trigger version too: [www.amazon.com] ... but independent of what picture Amazon is showing, I'm almost afraid to order Falcon again, for fear I get the newer trigger/nozzle design.

So... any good alternatives? TiA

I use a compressor and a portable air tank. No waste stream , just air . And very inexpensive ... 10 gallons for about 20 cents of electricity .

I seem to remember a small handheld air tank, shaped like what space posted, that you could refill.

Motor -. 75HP, single fan, 120 volt, 4.5 amp, 500-watt[/i

WTF?!

Oh, .75HP. Otherwise, starting that puppy would be a liiiiiitle tough on the wrist.

And arm.

And shoulder.

I remember seeing a simpler product, though much more cylindrical, very recently. Maybe is was from a video or link posted here, but the concept was the same. The device had an electric motor which pressurized filtered air into a stream for cleaning, with an emphasis on no toxic propellants.

I wish I paid more attention.
